翻譯工作中，論文翻譯也是非常重要的一個領(lǐng)域。
許多客戶在發(fā)表論文之前，除了要自己翻譯成外語，還會面臨諸多格式要求。而且，不同的平臺往往有不同的格式要求，讓提交者一頭霧水。即便要求千變?nèi)f化，但核心內(nèi)容都是對論文各個部分的統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范。
以APA以往的格式為例，舉例如下：

Manuscripts must be written in English. 語言采用英文
Use Times New Roman 12-point font. 字體采用Times New Roman，12號字體
Length: between 6,000 and 9,000 words, including all notes and references. 文章長度：6K~9K單詞，包括所有注釋和參考文獻(xiàn)。
Double-spaced with consecutive page numbering in single-column format.
兩倍行距，頁碼連續(xù)編號，單欄。
New paragraphs should have its first line indented (0.5 inch).
段落首行縮進(jìn)（0.5 inch）
Use footnotes for elaborative purposes, no endnotes are allowed.
使用腳注，不允許用尾注。
Spell out only single-digit numbers (1-9). Use numerals for percentages and spell out percent (for instance, 20 percent).
采用個位數(shù)字（1-9）。百分比用數(shù)字（例如，20 percent）
Use a single (not a double) space after a period (full stop), and after commas, colons, semicolons, and so on. Do not put a space in front of a question mark or other punctuation marks.
句號、逗號、冒號、分號等后用單空格（非雙空格）；問號等標(biāo)點(diǎn)前不要留空格。
Appendices should be avoided. If appendices are absolutely necessary, then they should be placed at the end of the document after the reference list.
盡量不要采用附錄。若必須要用，要放在文檔的參考文獻(xiàn)后。

This must include the following:封面必須包含下列內(nèi)容：
Title 標(biāo)題
All author names (with family names indicated clearly), affiliations, and complete postal and email addresses
包含所有作者姓名（必須完整）、聯(lián)系信息、完整快遞和電郵地址
Telephone and fax numbers (with country and area code) for the corresponding author
通信作者的電話和傳真號碼（需有國家和區(qū)域代碼）
Brief author biography of 50-75 words for each author. Provide details of position, institutional/organizational affiliation, and other pertinent professional information.
每名作者要有50~75個單詞的簡介。請?zhí)峁┞毼弧C(jī)構(gòu)/組織關(guān)系等相關(guān)工作信息。
